Accommodations

The Inn has 10 individually decorated rooms, each with a private bath. Rates range from $110 - $170 depending on the season. Full breakfast is included. Winter/Spring discounts available.  Check our calendar for room availability and to book a room.  If you have any questions please contact us for details.  Subject to availability, or unless requested otherwise, we will always upgrade guests to our best available room. Our cancellation policy is that there will be a charge of one night's accommodation if the reservation is cancelled with less than seven days notice. (This policy extends to 21 days for very busy weekends. Full details will always be included in your confirmation letter once you have made a reservation.)

	The Civil War Room: This is a cozy room with a King bed (or two twins) and a private bathroom in the hall. Located on the 3rd floor.
	The Green Mountain Room: With fantastic hand hewn beams, this 3rd floor room has a Queen and a single bed and an ensuite bathroom.
	The Darrynane Room: Named after Dominic’s home village in Ireland, this room has a King Bed (or two twins), lots of light and an ensuite bathroom.
	The Fish Room: Can accommodate a King bed or two twins, as well as a daybed which can be made up for an extra person. There is also an ensuite bathroom.
	The Bear Room: Truly character-filled, this room has low ceilings and uneven floor boards, loads of charm, a King bed and a large ensuite bathroom.
	The Bird Room: A lovely room with high, beamed ceilings, a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
	The Lake Champlain Room: A large room with a King bed and ensuite bathroom. A day bed can be made up to accommodate an extra person.
	The Farm Room: A cozy room with a Queen bed and a private bathroom in the hall.
	The Baseball Room: This room can either have a King bed or two twin beds, as well as the possibility of the day bed being made up for a third person. There is a private bathroom in the hall.
	The Ice House: Located behind the main house, this private cottage once was an ice house. It has a sitting room with wood panelled walls, a gas-fired wood stove and pull-out sofa. The bedroom has a King bed. The ice house has its own bathroom. (NOTE: The Ice House is not winterized and so is not available during the colder times of the year)
