The Inn has 10 individually decorated rooms, each with a private bath. Rates alter depending on the season. 9% Rooms and Meals Tax is applied to all charges. Full breakfast is included. Winter/Spring discounts
available. There is a $20 additional charge for a third person in a standard double room. Check our

for details. Our cancellation policy is that there will be a charge of one night's accommodation if
the reservation is cancelled with less than seven days notice. (This policy extends to 21 days for very busy weekends. Full details will always be included in your confirmation letter once you have made a reservation.)

The Green Mountain Suite:
With fantastic hand hewn beams, this 3rd floor suite has a Queen bed in the main room. Across your own private hallway there is a sitting room which can also be made up to accommodate two twin beds if desired. $170 per night

The Darrynane Room:
Named after Dominic’s home village in Ireland, this room has a King Bed (or two twins) and
lots of light. $130-$150 per night

The Fish Room:
Has a King bed or two twin beds and 2 cozy chairs for reading. $130-$150 per night

The Bear Room:
Truly character-filled, this room has low ceilings and uneven floor boards,
loads of charm, a King bed and a large bathroom. $130-$150 per night

The Bird Room:
A lovely room with high, beamed ceilings and a Queen bed. $130-$150 per night

The Lake Champlain Room:
This bright room has a King bed . A day bed can be made up to
accommodate an extra person. $130-$150 per night

The Orchard Room:
This large room can either have a King bed or two twin beds, as well as the possibility
of the day bed being made up for a third person. A cozy electric wood stove makes this a wonderful retreat. $170 per night

Located behind the main house, this historic timber frame Vermont sheep barn houses three two-story loft-style suites. Unit one is organized to be ADA accessible if needed. There is a king size bed on the groud level, a cozy electric fireplace and a large European wet shower. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and coffee making facilities. On the second level there is a living room space. Outside there is a small patio with table and chairs for enjoying the view of the garden. $195 per night
